addition to uganda trip

Sunday in Kampala we met two white people on the street who suggested a Chinese restaurant to us. When we got to the door, we all stopped and looked at each other and realized that this place was really fancy. We were afraid we would stick out like sore thumbs and we wouldn’t be able to afford it, but we went in anyways. The table cloths were white and made of linen, the napkins were linen and we got warm towels to clean our hands. I felt so out of place it was crazy. We must have looked like such weirdos exclaiming at all the fanciness. I got some tofu and it was delicious!!!! There was even a real piano with a person playing music, one of the songs being from Aladdin! It was a delicious dinner and we all felt very fancy, a wonderful way to end our amazing vacation in Uganda.
